Shanghai Sinosteel Industry Co.,Limited. adheres to the concept of "only do high-quality steel", takes strict quality control as the core of enterprise development, and builds a full-process quality management system from raw material selection to finished product delivery, with 12 professional R&D personnel and 100 professional workers to ensure that every batch of products meets international standards and customer requirements.
We strictly select high-quality base steel and coating materials from well-known suppliers, and establish strict incoming inspection standards. Each batch of raw materials must go through strict chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing and surface quality inspection to ensure that the raw materials meet the production requirements of high-quality coated steel products. We only use environmentally friendly and high-performance coating materials (PE, SMP, PVDF) to ensure the durability, corrosion resistance and environmental protection of the products.
Equipped with 3 advanced and professional production lines for GI, Galvalume and PPGI, we adopt international advanced production technology and equipment, and implement strict quality monitoring at every key production link. During the coating process, we use precise air-knife control and X-ray gauge systems to ensure uniform coating thickness and tight tolerances. For PPGI products, we strictly control the thickness of color coating (15–25μm for top coat, 5–15μm for bottom coat) and ensure uniform color and good adhesion. For GI and Galvalume products, we strictly control the zinc coating (Z30–Z275) and aluminum-zinc coating (AZ30–AZ150) to ensure excellent corrosion resistance. Our professional operators conduct real-time inspections during the production process, and any unqualified semi-finished products are immediately eliminated to avoid flowing into the next process.
